Checking In:

When you arrive on campus, please check in at the Conference Registration table in the Kirner-Johnson building, which is #14 on this map. (Turn left onto Green Apple way from College Hill Rd.) If you are staying on campus, this is also where you will check in to receive your room key. You may park temporarily in the traffic circle in front of this building for check-in only. You will then need to immediately move your car to a campus parking lot, either near the conference location or near your dorm room (information about parking will be in your registration packets).

Late Check-in during evening hours:

If you are staying on campus and arrive after 8:00pm on Wednesday, or after 5:00pm on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, you will need to pick up your room key from Campus Safety, located during the summer on the first floor of the Bristol Campus Center, which is #53 on this map.
