Housing Information

On-Campus Accommodations-

Conference participants are encouraged to stay on campus in college residence halls.  The first block of on-campus rooms is in Skenandoa House.  Each of the rooms in this residence hall has a private bathroom and air conditioning.  Rooms in Skenandoa will be single occupancy,.  The other on-campus accommodation will be in Ferguson House.  This residence hall has larger double size rooms with a semi-private bath.  Guests will be housed single occupancy but doubles can be accommodated upon request. .Ferguson Hall  is not air conditioned, but small rooms fans are provided. All on-campus accommodations include linens and pillows. Wireless internet connections will be accessible in the residence halls as well as in the public buildings on campus. 

Costs for On-campus Accommodations-

Skenandoa House:  $55.00 night per person single occupancy
Ferguson House :  $45.00 night per person single occupancy

Off-Campus and Other Accommodations

A very limited number of rooms may be available on campus in the Bristol Campus Center for higher rates.  If you choose to stay in this location, you will need to make these reservations independently of the conference registration, and you will pay for these rooms directly, not through the conference registration web site.  These rooms are not "supported" by the conference, so any questions about this option should be directed to the Bristol Campus Center staff.
